I'm holding steady on weight but am rededicating to eating better. I'm looking to tone up over the next couple of months.

What you put in your body is half of the equation. It's amazing what a few changes in that area can accomplish along with the workouts you've been doing. Keep it up!

Diet is 80-90% of the equation for fat loss

Muscle gain is 33% diet 33% exercise 33% rest

the diet to do both at same time is difficult
either seperately just takes willpower which you seem to have

Made any changes to your diet, yet?

Yep. Started last week by putting down the Guinness (for now), adding more veggies, and having Special K w/skim milk for breakfast instead of the sausage gravy and biscuits I would snag on the way in to work.

Bring your own lunch to work also instead of eating out and you'll see some big results soon with the way you've been working out.

count calories. you got the exercise down pat. you just gotta stop overflowing the tank with food and the weight will melt off.
